Tricks&technic. En kurs där du kommer du att få testa på trick och öva på tekniker i olika kombinationer på static pole. Tekniker som vi uppmärksammat är svåra att träna på egen hand och lätt kan bli fel. "Static pole tricks and techniques. Combination includes flow transition from trick to trick. Techniques of reverse grab: Powerspin and combine them with other tricks. The main idea is to combine spins with tricks, use of flow in transitions".
Förkunskaper: Avslutad kurs i Pole Fortsättningsnivå 3 samt högre nivåer.
