Flex class with focus on both splits and backbends.
We will give our hips a little extra loving as this is an area where we usually hold a lot of tension and this is also an area that plays a big part in both leg and back flexibility.
Wear warm clothes and socks for sliding on the floor. If you have sensitive knees it might be nice to bring some knee pads as well!
No prerequisites.
