Äntligen! Ska vår äskade Therese Berge 🥰 hålla WS i Aerial Hoop. Missa inte chansen att få träna tillsammans med henne och få prova på hennes flinkaste tricks och drops! Therese tog Guldmedalj🥇och därav en första placering i VM Hoop Sports +40 år 2022.

An aerial hoop class with focus on tricks in the hoop. We will also challenge ourselves with some drops and rolls in the hoop.
Participants must be able to invert and feel comfortable being upside down.

Prerequisites
If you are training e.g. pole or silks at an intermediate level you are also welcome even if you haven’t tried hoop before.
The important thing is that you should be able to do an invert on any apparatus and be comfortable being upside down.
