Pole dance-inspired strength training at a high intensity. It´s gonna be a muscle party, bring your best pole mood and pole clothes, and expect some muscle ache the day (dayS) after. We will be working on basic pole tricks such as inverts, deadlifts, shouldermounth and climbing in a new, fun, and challenging way. Sometimes in order to get stronger on the pole you have to spice your practice up =)
Förkunskaper: you need to be able to climb on the pole (one step would be enough) and to invert (ok if you can invert with a jump).
