Acro yoga all levels. Lördag 26/8 kl 14.30-16.00

A class where you get to test the basics of acroyoga and pair/group acrobatics. We will be working with L-basing, some pyramids and a couple of standing transitions. We work in pairs or groups, you can come with a partner or we will pair with each other! The class is meant to be open to complete beginners but each task can easily be adapted to those that already have some experience. Expect to get to fly and make other people fly! It will be a fun workshop where we will have lots of fun exploring the world of pair acrobatics.
